SNAKE RIVER RAPTOR FEST! 2019 INSTRUCTIONS & APPLICATION

Date: Saturday, June 1st
Times: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Indian Creek Winery, Kuna, Idaho

Application Deadline: April 30, 2019

BOOTH FEE: $50.00
BOOTH SIZE: 10 X 10

Checks payable to: Birds of Prey NCA Partnership (BOPP) NO POST-DATED CHECKS
Booth fee checks must be same-day bankable. ANY RETURNED CHECK IS SUBJECT TO A $25 ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Cancellation Policy: After the acceptance date, cancelled booths will have their checks returned ONLY IF THAT BOOTH SPACE CAN BE FILLED. No booth fees for cancellations will be returned if made within two (2) weeks of the festival.

Photos of booth and product are required with application.

BOPP reserves the right to deny any application.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Failure to appear, leaving before festival closing, or improper behavior during the festival will result in exclusion from all further festivals.

No tobacco or related products, paraphernalia, weapons or knife booths will be accepted.

Applications received after the April 30th deadline will be juried AFTER all other vendors and ONLY if there is remaining space.

Co-op booths are allowed ONLY if original vendor on application charges no additional fee and by approval of festival producers.

No Open Flames.

All merchandise must be kept within the confines of booth space.

ABOVE GROUND WEIGHTS are required (Water Weights or Sandbags appropriate for tent size). Please remember, it can get windy.

No electricity is provided and fuel-powered generators will NOT be considered. Solar or batteries are suggested.

No FOOD VENDORS will be considered.

Raptor Fest is an ecologically friendly event. Please pack out your own trash and use recyclable items. Cardboard should be recycled!

NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED ON THE GRASS FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING! If you drive on the grass, you will be subject to an additional fee for damages.

PARKING IS LIMITED!

ALL VENDORS MUST REMOVE ALL THEIR MATERIALS, TENTS, ETC. FROM THE PARK IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE FESTIVAL.

Vendors will not hold BOPP, Indian Creek Winery, participants, directors, volunteers or employees responsible for claims, damages or expenses before, during or after the event.
