If you would like to bring your attraction to Bridgnorth's biggest free one day community event, please complete the form below. This includes Face Painters, Hair Wrapping, Inflatables, Rides, Amusements and similar attractions.
We do not charge for attendance but ask for a deposit of £40.00 to secure your place, together with a minimum donation of 20% of takings from the event which is payable on the day at the end of the event, taking into account the deposit already paid. Proof of takings will be required. Please wait for confirmation of your place at the event before paying the deposit.
Payment can be made either by cheque and posted to the Town Council offices, College House, St. Leonard's Close, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4EJ or alternatively by BACS using the following details:

If you require electricity, only silent generators may be used.
Copies of relevant insurance and risk assessments must be completed and provided to the Town Council on application. These should be posted together with your deposit to the Town Council offices, College House, St. Leonard's Close, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4EJ.
Closing date for applications and receipt of documentation is 26th May 2017.
