a. An email confirmation will be sent once registration form and payment have been received.
b. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment by CARIRI.
c. Cash, Cheque, Credit card payments must be made at CARIRI’s Accounting Department (UWI Campus, St Augustine). Cheques can be made payable to: Caribbean Industrial Research Institute or CARIRI.
d. Direct Deposits can be made to any Republic Bank (Account # 160 127 505 001), please forward a copy of deposit slip to confirm payment.
e. If you choose the Online method of payment, we will send you a PayPal invoice, after which you can go ahead and make your payment.
f. By filling out this registration form, participants acknowledge that workshop fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if cancellation is made within five (5) working days of the seminar.
g. Any cancellations/substitutions must be sent via email to by Friday 11th May 2018 at 4:00pm. In cases where participants neither cancel nor attend this event, please note that there is NO ENTITLEMENT under any circumstances.
h. All payments must be made by Friday 11th May 2018.
