The Awards Committee most sincerely welcomes your recommendations for worthy projects, events, persons, or organizations for the 2020 AKCHO Awards. Review the Award Categories at
and use this form to submit your nomination. Please use a separate nomination form for each candidate.
The AKCHO Awards Committee identifies, researches, and reviews a list of potential award recipients for each category. After careful deliberation, the Committee submits a slate of recommendations for award recipients in each category to the AKCHO Board for approval in early March.
