In late March, an opinion piece in the Oakland Post spread misinformation about the City government's willingness to negotiate a settlement to ongoing legal disputes with OBOT developer Phil Tagami and the new owner of Insight Terminal Solutions, the company slated to run the bulk terminal proposed for Oakland's West Gateway, next to the Bay Bridge toll plaza. The misinformation may have been spread by the developers or their hired proxies. No Coal in Oakland set the record straight in an April 16 post on the NCIO website:
