This conference will be held on April 5th, 2025 at Monta Vista High School.
Payments will be completed on the Monta Vista High School Student Store, after an invoice is sent. If a check is being mailed, all checks should be made out
to Monta Vista ASB. Checks should be sent to Monta Vista High School, Memo line: SBMUNIX and your delegation name. Checks should be postmarked by the last day of the deadlines stated below — unless an exception with reasonable justification is arranged
at least 72 hours in advance of the deadline.

Please note that if you would like to be placed in a double delegation committee, you and your double delegate must register as a delegation, not separately.
March 12th: Regular Registration Deadline. Delegation fees are $35 per delegation until this point (non-refundable). The delegate fee is $25 per delegate until this point.
March 12th: Last day for full refunds for dropped delegations.
March 14th: Payments due for regular registration.
March 13th - April 2nd: Late School registration delegation fees are $40 (non-refundable). The delegate fee is $30 per delegate during this time. There are no refunds for late registration.
April 2nd: Payments due for late registration.
NOTE: To expedite the assignments process, upon sending payment, please let us know. Country assignments will be sent out only after payment has been dropped off or postmarked.
