Homebaked Community Land Trust lies on the boundary of Anfield and Everton, just opposite Liverpool Football Club. We are a growing group of local residents who have been working together since 2012 to shape the place where we live and work in community ownership. As a member lead organisation, our members are essential in shaping the work that we do. As a member, you will have responsibility for decision making and supporting our work.

Homebaked CLT is a Community Benefit Society, Reg No. 8821

As a Community Benefit Society, our activities are bound by our rules.

All those wishing to become a Member must support the objects of the Society and complete an application for membership which shall include an application for at least one share in the Society. Such an application form must be approved by the Directors and the Directors must approve each application for membership.
