Visitor Form- PATH Interest (Professions and Access to Health Careers) 

This form is used to gather information from groups of middle or high school students who are interested in touring or participating in activities at the Beaver College of Health Sciences.

Please note:

  • All requests are subject to staff and space availability.
  • Requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance.
  • Groups may include up to 35 students, along with an appropriate number of chaperones.
  • Visits are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays and may last up to two hours.
