BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER (TYPING FIRST AND LAST NAME BELOW), I understand that working as a volunteer for the Manistee County Humane Society (MCHS)/Homeward Bound Animal Shelter (HBAS) and working with the animals in the shelter can be a hazardous or dangerous activity. I release MCHS/HBAS including its officers, directors, volunteers, and employees from all claims for personal injury or damages sustained or incurred in connection with or related to my activities as a volunteer for MCHS/HBAS. I further understand that all persons under the age of 18, or any other individuals  who accompany me, are also held to these same standards.
