Organization Partner Sign-On: AAPI Day Against Bullying and Hate (May 18, 2020)
We invite your nonprofit/community organization to partner with anti-bullying nonprofit Act To Change in commemorating the second annual “AAPI Day Against Bullying and Hate” on May 18, 2020. May 18 is the birthday of Vincent Chin, who was beaten to death in a hate crime in 1982, an act that fueled a national Asian American activist movement.

This year, we will show our solidarity and stand up to bullying and hate as we're seeing a rise in anti-AAPI racism during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will provide partners a toolkit that will include sample language for an organizational statement, social media, and more information on how to participate in day-of virtual programming.
