Dear Parents and Guardians, 

We are delighted and excited that you are interested in our camps - a collaboration between STEAMED playground and Make The Change GmbH, two organisations with the common goal of offering kids skills and values that we think should be more prevalent in their lives. Visit our website to learn more about "Sustainability Mindset with Design Thinking" and specific information for the camps.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Dates and Themes: 
* Fall: October 14th to 18th 2024: Theme: Food! Eating Well for People and Planet
* Winter: February 17th to 21st 2025: Theme: Science and Sustainability!
* Spring: April 28th to May 2nd 2025: Biomimicry! Problem-Solving Inspired by Nature

Language: Our common language is English, but we have facilitators who can support in German, French, Hindi, Portuguese, Korean and Hungarian!

Time: 8:45 am to 5pm (drop off from 8:45 to 9:15, pick up from 16:30 to 17:00)

Location*: Drop off/Pick up will be from Cafe Rumi, Weinbergstrasse 1, 8802 Kilchberg. 
Rumi is just a couple of minutes walk from Kilchberg Bahnhof and Bus 161, from Zurich.

Price: CHF 650/week or CHF 150/day.
Early Bird CHF 550/week. Siblings discount CHF 50 for 2 or CHF 100 for 3 when booking the full week.

Food: Snacks 2x/day. They need to bring a picnic lunch, and water bottle.

An intermediate level is essential, as the program will be in English. However we find a way to support each other, and kids may even improve their English during the week. Our teachers speak an intermediate level of German.
