All 2017 CC Practice & MEET Absences need to be recorded in this google form as soon as you know of planned absence. This includes being late to practice by more than 20-30 minutes for clubs (1/2 practice absence). Disciplinary action occurs starting on the 6th excused absence so plan accordingly. See Team Manual.
