Welcome to the East Victoria Park Primary Schools Parents and Citizens' Association (EVPPS P&C) for 2025! The EVPPS P&C is a group of parents and citizens (including our wonderful staff) who are actively involved in supporting our schools, students and staff.

When do we meet?

Meetings are on Mondays at 7pm in Week 3 and Week 8. Participants must be a financial member of the EVPPS P&C to attend. General Meetings are held at East Vic Park Primary School and online. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in February (Week 3) and is held in person only.

If you can't make the meetings, you can stay in touch with the latest EVPPS P&C activities via the P&C Association tab on the EVPPS website, the EVPPS P&C mailing list, What'sApp Groups and Facebook page. Call-outs for volunteers for events and fundraising activities are announced in school newsletters and on Seesaw.

All offers to help with the EVPPS P&C activities are gratefully accepted. It's a great way to meet other members of the school community and even 30 minutes of your time can help in amazing ways!

How much does it cost?

Membership is just $1 per year, and is paid by Direct Deposit.

The EVPPS P&C is affiliated with the Western Australian Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO).

Membership payment and personal information including full name, contact number and email address is collected as a requirement under WACSSO affiliate rules.
