Fangaea Panelist Registration Form
The Fangaea Panelist Registration Form is now closed as of midnight, March 19, 2024. All applications submitted hereafter will be placed on the waitlist. Thank you for your interest in participating in Fangaea 2024! 

Fangaea will be taking place on April 20, 2024 at the Sheraton Mission Valley Hotel. Accepted panel submissions will be notified by March 31, 2024. 

If your topic is Anime related, we recommend you submit it to our November event, San Diego Anime Con, which will be open to receiving submissions after Fangaea.

This can include projector, laptop, CD player, additional tables, etc.  We are supplying mics, a laptop, and a projector. Anything beyond that, you might have to supply. You can just write microphone if nothing is needed.  
Is your interest in being the sole facilitator, a panel member, or a moderator? *
Sole facilitator means you are the only panelist or the only one conducting a workshop.  
How many people in total are involved with your panel/workshop? *
Include all participants (moderator, panelists, assistants, etc). If only one person, then write only one.
Please provide a three to four sentence description about the session. *
This description will be used for our convention booklet, website, and as your introduction by the moderator to the panel audience. We will also be requesting a bio of each participant, and a head shot or logo for the website and program book.

You may choose one, more than one, all times, or the "It Doesn't Matter" option. Times are not guaranteed and are assigned on a first come, first assigned basis, so choose more than one option. Panels are 60 minutes and Dynamic Room Sessions last up to 90 minutes.
