Welcome to the 1st stage of Recruitment AIESEC in Astana!

We are glad to see your interest in our organization.

The application form will approximately take ~15-20 minutes to fill and you have 19-20 questions to answer. 

AIESEC is the world's largest youth-run organization that provides an opportunity for young people to develop their leadership potential. 

There are 5 stages of recruitment process:

1. Application form

2. Business games

3. HR interview

4. Department interviews

5. Internal conference

The deadline is February 8, 23:59.

The results of the 1st stage will be send to your e-mails on February 9. Those who succesfully passed it, will be added to our Telegram channel for further details. 

The recruitment will be held on February 11-12 (full 2 days). 

Please, read all the questions carefully and fill out the application form in English.
