Visitor/Guest Pre-Registration

Owners must register all visitors/guests by fully and accurately completing this form to meet Wells Town requirements. An individual registration must be submitted for each party (one registration per vehicle) for accurate record-keeping. Owners are responsible for giving visitors/guests keys and tags. SV staff will not give out keys to visitors/guests. See Rules & Regulations for details on requirements and violations. 

Visitors/guests must place parking tag so that it is visible to security. Owner is responsible for ensuring visitors/guests follow all SV rules, including regular parking rules.

Upon departure, parking tags must be returned to Owner's cottage.  Any tags not returned to the cottage will result in a $10 fee.
