North Hastings Children’s Services provides quality services and supports to enhance the well being of children and their families in partnership with our community.

NHCS wants to make sure families get the support they need at this time. We recognize every family is different and dealing with different challenges. With this in mind we want to provide tailor made support to you and your family. The support is available to any family living with children aged 17 or younger or youth under the age of 21 living alone who live in North Hastings year round.

If you filled out the last survey in April to June of this year, we are inviting you to now fill out this survey. If you did not fill out the last survey you are still welcome to complete this one.

This form is confidential and no personal identifying information will be shared. Service Providers can use this form for referrals. Each household will receive support that is developed with the information you provide in mind. Every effort will be made to fill all requests with the supplies available and not all resources provided to families will be the same.

Please note all responses will be kept private and confidential. Responses will be used only for the purpose of creating a care package for you and determining your needs. Overall responses will be analyzed in a report with non-identifying information.
