2019 UCS/UFB Elections Board: Rules Violation Form
The UCS Election Code and the Elections Handbook provide official rules for all candidates. The Elections Board takes seriously any violations of these rules. All potential candidates that attended an information session should have received the Elections Handbook via email, and the code is readily available on the UCS Elections Website (http://www.brownucs.org/elections2019/).

Candidates who wish to file a violation must make specific reference to the code and/or handbook. Supplemental material should be submitted to elections.ucs@gmail.com. Supplemental material should be submitted AT THE SAME TIME as when this form is submitted -- late submissions of material may not be accepted. (Supplemental material includes but is not limited to correspondence, pictures, etc.).

The Elections Board may interview all referenced witnesses and reserves the right to hold a hearing in any violation adjudication.
