‘Why shouldn’t the services of a professional networking platform such as Linkedin be extended to women from low and middle-income groups through the establishment of physical spaces?’, this thought led to the creation of Women Work Wonders - an offline professional networking platform for rural women which aims to provide skill training, counseling and mentoring support to underprivileged, rural women who don't have access to digital infrastructure and digital literacy.

To ensure that the women feel supported further in their journey, we have conceptualised a mentoring program to impart skills such as Digital Marketing, Fundraising, Inventory managment, Social media marketing among others, through common mentoring sessions (1 hr/ week for 1 month), post that we aim to create an asynchronous one-on-one tie-up between interested mentors and participants to ensure a personalised approach and continuity.
