Field Trip Interest Form: Urban Ventures Farm: Fall 2025
Please fill out this form if you are interested in scheduling a field trip to Urban Ventures Farm this fall!

Field trips accommodate 15-35 students, pre-K through 12th grade, and are free for MPS schools and Head Start programs. Our funding is location-based, so if you are a Minneapolis-based group besides MPS, you may still be eligible for a free trip. We do not currently offer trips to groups outside Minneapolis.

Trips are 1.5 hours. The farm visit includes harvesting vegetables, interacting with our flock of chickens, and preparing a healthy snack.

Address is 2841 5th Ave S, Minneapolis. Green Central and Anderson classrooms usually walk (15 min) and Whittier and Anishinaabe are bikeable if you have bike access. 

We are a pre-approved site for a free bus scholarship for students age 7+, with a minimum of 25 students. You can apply here: https://www.hennepin.us/en/business/work-with-henn-co/env-ed-bus-funding
