Due to insurance regulations and financial constraints, only registered MAEA/NAEA members & staff are allowed in the campground or to attend conference activities without express permission of the event chairman. In accordance with state law, retail sales are not allowed on the State Park campground, therefore all fees must be paid in advance. ***A LATE FEE of $35 will be charged on ALL payments received AFTER September 25.***
