2019 Studio Policies

SCHEDULING

• Scheduling can be done directly through Performance High coaches or administrators if preferred.

• We can reschedule a la carte lessons if the student gives 72-hour notice.

• If a monthly or term-based lesson needs to be rescheduled and 72 hour notice is given, the scheduled coach can provide additional options. If the scheduled coach’s availability does not match the student’s, the student may request another coach. Monthly and Term based lessons do not roll over to the next month and makeup lessons cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION

• We enforce a strict 72-hour cancellation policy for all lessons.

• Payment is always due for late cancellations - less than 72 hours notice.

• An occasional exception - up to one per student per year - in the case of sudden-onset illness or true emergency made be made at the disclosure of PH studio management. In such cases, payment is still due on the originally scheduled lesson date and may be applied to the rescheduled lesson.

• In the cases of repeated cancellations just outside the 72-hour window, we may request that the reocurring lesson time slot be relinquished and bookings be made on a last minute basis.

• In the rare case of a cancellation initiated by a Performance High coach, you may mutually reschedule, take a lesson with a sub, receive a pro-rated refund for the current month, or get credit toward the next month.

PAYMENT

• A credit/debit card is required to be kept on file for all students. For those who prefer not to have a card on file, an advance payment of one hour-long lesson is required and will be used in cases of no-shows and late cancellations.

• Cash and check payments may be used if advance notice is given to Performance High. Please email admin@performancehigh.net before your scheduled payment if you prefer to use a method of payment other than the card on file.

• A la carte lessons will be charged the morning of each scheduled lesson.

• Monthly and Term Payment auto-pays run on the 1st of each month. Cash or check payments must be received by 5pm on the 25th of the prior month.

• Monthly payments no longer include a free 5th lesson when there are 5 weeks that month. If you pay monthly and take 5 lessons in a month, we will charge for the 5th lesson the morning of the lesson at the monthly discounted rate. If you do not want to pay for a 5th lesson in a given month, please cancel it as early as possible so we have a chance to fill your spot.

• If attempted payment using the card on file is declined, notice will be sent via email. If no reply or payment is received promptly, a late fee of $10/week will accumulate.

• No further lessons may be scheduled until your account is paid in full.

• Term-based payments cover 4 weekly lessons per month. If there is a fifth lesson in a month, a separate charge will be made the morning of the 5th lesson at the same discounted rate.
