AVA Part Time High School Course Request Form
This form is to be completed by the high school student or their parent/guardian(s) wanting to take SUPPLEMENTARY courses with AVA in addition to their courses at their home or neighborhood school.  Part-Time students' courses are built into their schedule as "During the Day" or in addition to a full schedule/course load as "Beyond the Day."

Registration Dates: July 22nd - August 30th
Classes Start: August 1st // Classes End: December 20th
Deadline to Activate 2nd Course (Must Complete 75% of Course 1 with a Passing Grade) : October 4th
Last Day to Drop: September 27th
