Junior League's Community Assistance Funds Application
The Junior League of Santa Barbara, Inc. is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. This applications is to request funds from the Junior League of Santa Barbara to support a program or project.

Please review and submit the information in the Google Form below.

*Clearly and thoroughly state the amount of funds you are requesting, with a maximum of $12,000. It is worthwhile to consider the amount you are requesting, as JLSB tends to extend multiple grants from the maximum amount.

*Email a copy of your organization’s most recent IRS tax exempt certificate to GRANTS@JLSantaBarbara.org. Any questions should be directed to the same email address.

*Extra consideration will be given to organizations that:
(1) Align with the JLSB Focus Area: Improving the lives of at-risk young women by educating and empowering them to reach their full potential, while working to prevent exploitation and injustice in our community. If applicable, state how funds would make an impact in our Focus Area (stated below).
(2) Are seeking funds for tangible, impactful community projects (versus general operating costs).

(1) No current JLSB projects may apply.
(2) No organization may re-apply for the same project within 36 months of being granted Community Assistance Funds.

Completed applications are due by Wednesday, April 15th, 2020. Award decisions will be made and communicated late April 2020. Good Luck!
