1. Vendor Space Availability
Vendor spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a space until confirmation is provided by event organizers.
2. Tent & Canopy Requirements
Vendors are to provide their own tents or canopies and are responsible for ensuring they are properly secured at all times.
All 10x10 tents must be weighted with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (160 lbs total).
Weights must be securely attached to each leg of the tent.
Stakes are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the venue.
This requirement is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of vendors, attendees, and property, particularly in the event of wind.
3. Safety & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean booth area and complying with all venue rules, local regulations, and event policies.
4. Event Authority
Event organizers reserve the right to deny setup or require removal of any tent or booth that does not meet safety requirements.
Acknowledgement
By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to abide by all event guidelines and understands that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
