Please read our terms and conditions PRIOR to reserving your space.

10’x10’ Vendor Booth Spaces are $45 each.

No electrical spaces available at this time.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc.

This event will feature a variety of small businesses. All vendors must have tangible goods to sell.

  • NO promotional or informational booths.

  • NO soliciting of businesses.

  • NO flyers.

  • NO generators (unless prior approval is given by market manager.)

Please Note: There may be vendors selling similar products at our event and may be set up next to each other due to our space process. If this is a concern for you, please contact the vendor manager prior to reserving. Vendors are only permitted to sell products that are disclosed on the vendor check out form. Subletting your space without prior approval from the First Responder BBQ Cook-Off is not allowed. This event at Cactus Land is an outdoor market that is held rain or shine, hot or cold. No refunds or makeup dates provided in the event of vendor cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the event is canceled by the event coordinator, a refund will be given. No credits will be given to vendors who canceled prior to event cancellation.

By entering their property, you agree to release them and us from any liability for such incidents. Please exercise caution and adhere to all safety guidelines while on their premises. *

1. Vendor Space Availability
Vendor spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a space until confirmation is provided by event organizers.

2. Tent & Canopy Requirements
Vendors are to provide their own tents or canopies and are responsible for ensuring they are properly secured at all times.

All 10x10 tents must be weighted with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (160 lbs total).

Weights must be securely attached to each leg of the tent.

Stakes are not permitted unless explicitly approved by the venue.

This requirement is strictly enforced to ensure the safety of vendors, attendees, and property, particularly in the event of wind.

3. Safety & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean booth area and complying with all venue rules, local regulations, and event policies.

4. Event Authority
Event organizers reserve the right to deny setup or require removal of any tent or booth that does not meet safety requirements.

Acknowledgement
By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to abide by all event guidelines and understands that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
