Morgan Park High School Official Records Request Form

Before this Records Request form is completed please pay the $5 transcript fee. This is done on the website by clicking the Pay Fees Here tab. Click the One-Time Payment Option, fill out student information, select Student Fees, select Transcripts and Checkout. Your request will not be processed until payment has been received.

Please do not pay for or request transcripts if you graduated BEFORE 2020.

Please allow 72 hours for requests to be processed from the time of the request.

Per CPS Policy, transcripts will be provided to Morgan Park High School graduates from the last five graduating classes. The last five graduating classes are the Class of 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
If former students graduated in 2020 or earlier, their transcript requests can be submitted via the CPS Student Records and Transcript Page.
For current students unofficial and official transcripts are requested from their counselors. Please email counselors directly for transcript request. Please see Morgan Park website for the counselors email.
