Spring 2018 Priority Registration: December 4 - 18, 2017
**Only open to schools registered with GCDC Community (Year-Round Programming)
Spring 2018 Public Registration: January 10 - March 22, 2018 (Closes at 5 pm EST)
Spring 2018 Late Registration: March 23 - March 30, 2018 (Closes at 5 pm EST)

Thank you for your interest in the 14th Annual Global Classrooms DC (GCDC) Model UN Conference at the U.S. Department of State and the Pan American Health Organization!
All registration for the GCDC Spring Model UN Conference is first-come first-served.
Any and all changes in registration must be communicated with GCDC as soon as possible. Due to building capacity, we cannot guarantee that changes in registration can be accommodated.

(Each topic has 1 committee for middle school students and 1 for high school students, unless otherwise noted)

- "Arc of Instability": Crisis in the Sahel and Lake Chad Basin (UN Security Council)

Summary of GCDC Policies for Spring 2018
** DELEGATE BEHAVIOR: Students and educators are reminded that they need to respect the space and behave accordingly at GCDC Model UN Conferences. Inappropriate and unprofessional behavior may result in your school or group being unable to attend future conferences.**

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE & GCDC SECURITY INFORMATION: All individuals attending the April 27, 2018 Model UN Conference are required to submit information for security pre-clearance to enter the building.
If this information is not provided by April 5, 2018, unfortunately you will be unable to attend the conference. No changes to registration will be accepted after April 5.

GCDC PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY: Groups and schools that have not submitted their payment by April 5, 2018 will be unable to attend the conference. After February 28, 2018, UNA - NCA will only refund 50% of the delegate and faculty fees, as indicated on each school's most recent invoice. After April 5, 2018, no refunds will be processed. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to gcdc@unanca.org

FINANCIAL SUPPORT: If your school is classified as Title 1 or low-income, please email Global Education Managing Director Nicole Bohannon at gcdc@unanca.org to review and discuss financial support that may be available.
