Registration Form

Thank you for showing interest in our conference! The conference will take place in Bucharest, Romania, between 27-29 October 2025 and, if needed, will include an online panel for the people not able to travel. Please note that all sessions will be conducted in English. The event is organised by UNATC and supported by IDEA.

In order to participate, please register by filling the form below and pay the fee accordingly. You can insert the payment receipt in the form or send us later on the email participation.effect@unatc.ro. Conference registration opens on 10 June and ends on 15 October 2025.

Early bird fee - until 20 September 2025

practitioners, professors, scholars: €150 | €130 only for IDEA members
students: €100 | €80 only for IDEA members

Standard fee - after 21 September 2025

practitioners, professors, scholars: €200 | €180 only for IDEA members
students: €150 | €130 only for IDEA members
