VPL Room Reservation Request
Room use is by reservation only; all requests are on a first-come, first-served basis and must abide by our Meting Room Policy. Reservations are limited to once per week, per organization. Cancellation MUST be brought to staff attention, via phone or email, at least 24 hours in advance. Our staff will do our best to accommodate requests, with the understanding that internal Library and City events take highest priority. Staff are not responsible for accidental oversights, double-bookings, or any unforeseen events which may necessitate room schedule shifts. Our Tech Center, Youth Room, and Activity Room may be available on a case by case basis.
