We, Chartwells, are the food service provider for Stamford American School. Our Commitment is to offer a wide range of healthy food for students and to help educate children about making healthy food choices.
We run a lunch enrollment program for students from Pre-Primary to Grade 11. You can use the following methods to enroll in our lunch program.
1. Complete this form here with the payment by cheque, PPS or cash.

In order to avoid unnecessary delay in the processing of your child's application, please include the student's first, middle and last name (including common names), as well as the year level and class.
We recommend that you include this information at the back of your payment cheque.
NOTE: for (Pre-Primary to Grade 11 student) - parent need to provide meal selection for their child to avoid food service delay.

Deduct meal credit from payment if any.
Please make the cheque payable to "Compass Group Hong Kong Ltd." and send it to the "School Cafeteria, Stamford American School, 25 Man Fuk Road, Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong" . Alternatively, you can hand it in person to our Unit Manager onsite. Please write down the name, class and student number of the student at the back of the cheque.
We accept PPS payment for meal enrolment. With PPS, you can make payment anytime, anywhere, through the use of a touch-tone phone or via the Internet. Our PPS Merchant Code: 9737 and your *PPS Bill Account Number of SAS Stamford American School is 340. Please use this account number and your student number from Stamford American School to identify the payment (eg. 340 + Student Number). Please allow two working days for payment transaction.
Please return this completed form for all payments, including PPS. If you wish to cancel your child's meal due to sickness, please contact the Cafeteria Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
on or before 9:00am on the same day.
