Vendor Registration Form - HHS Class of 2020 Breakfast with Santa & Holiday Extravaganza
Thank you for your interest in the Hendrickson High School Class of 2020 Breakfast with Santa & Holiday Extravaganza! This year's event will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in the HHS cafeteria and small gym.
Information & Guidelines:
Booths are 5'x8' (no electricity) for $50, 8'x10' (no electricity) for $60, and 8'x10' (with electricity) for $70. Placement will be determined by the committee upon acceptance to the show. Double booths will not be permitted. Booth costs vary based upon size...see below for prices. We will restrict duplicate vendors (i.e. Thirty One, Scentsy, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc). No sale of food items intended for immediate consumption will be allowed. All vendors are responsible for their own sales and sales tax. Vendors must provide their own table and chairs. Set up will begin at 6:00 am on the day of event and vendors must be set up no later than 7:45 am. Vendors can begin tear down at 1 pm.
All participating vendors are required to donate one item to the silent auction that will take place during the show. The retail value of the item must be a minimum of $25 and the item is due no later than December 7, 2019. We will reach out to coordinate drop off/pick up of the item you are donating once you are accepted as a vendor.
The application deadline is October 27, 2019. We will begin notifying accepted vendors no later than November 1, 2019. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE. Once you are accepted, full payment for your booth fee will be due no later than November 10, 2019. We will send you payment instructions upon acceptance. Please note that booth fees will be non-refundable if you cancel after November 23, 2019.
