Prescott Circus Theatre is exploring the possibility of offering public circus arts classes in 2025. This is an exciting endeavor! For the past 40 years, our programs have been primarily for students at specific schools but we continually receive requests from families wishing to involve their children. To guide our planning, we are inviting folks to share their interests in the form below.

Weekend class offerings will also include FREE instrumental music for all ages and abilities with the Oakland Spirit Orchestra - . Please be sure to select this below if interested!

Oakland Spirit Orchestra is becoming the official show band for The Prescott Circus Theater and we invite musicians of all ages and all abilities to join the fun. Rehearsals will take place Saturday mornings (time TBD) at the Santa Fe Campus at 53rd & Market in North Oakland. Oakland Spirit Orchestra is sponsored by The Oakland Symphony and the Oakland Parks and Rec Foundation and participation is free. Donations are warmly welcomed.

Circus classes will be fee-based, on a sliding scale, with limited "scholarships" available.

Please select the price range that is accessible for you. These are based on local rates for movement based classes.

Sessions will be offered at one price for 6-week or semester-long sessions (6 - 12 weeks). Classes will be 60 - 90 minutes.
