Provisional Booking Form for Private Charters
Please use this form to make a provisional booking for a Private CharterThese include schools, corporate, organizations and individuals who want EXCLUSIVE access to "Copper Jack".

Depending on the availability of Copper Jack and our crew (all volunteers), Private Charters can be booked for sailings on any day of the week from 10am to 6pm*. Boat trips last for 90 minutes, but can be reduced or extended as required.

If your sailing day and/or times are flexible, please let us know in the comments box below. By giving different options for sailing days/times makes it more likely we will be able to accommodate your request.

Once we receive your booking form, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours).

PLEASE NOTE:
Answers to many frequently asked questions (FAQ) can be found on our website https://www.scbt.org.uk/faq-private-charters/ with a special FAQ for schools: https://www.scbt.org.uk/faq-school-charters/

Wheelchairs
Where wheelchair users need, or prefer to remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the sailing, we remove two of our chairs to accommodate each wheelchair.

This will impact the number of seats available for your group.

As each wheelchair can take approximately 5 minutes to board and then disembark at the end of the sailing, if there are more than two wheelchair users, we would commence boarding a little earlier to ensure an on-time departure.

Please indicate below if any of your group are wheelchair users. We will then confirm numbers and timings with you.

Seating

Copper Jack's cabin contains 40x chairs. These are normally laid out in theatre style in 8x rows of 3 + 2 with a walkway down the centre of the boat.

For Private Charters, given advanced notification, we can rearrange and even remove seats to meet your requirements.

A common configuration is to place chairs under the windows on both port (left) and starboard (right) sides, facing inwards. This then provides a large open space for guests to stand, and if so inclined to dance!

How would you like the seating to be configured?

Sailing Duration
Our normal sailing lasts for 90 minutes.

Some organizations (such as schools) who maybe want to combine a sailing with a visit to the National Waterfront Museum (NWM) or Swansea Museum, and often to run multiple sailings in the day, will opt for a 60-minute sailing.

Whilst other groups may want to extend the sailing duration. We can extend the time on the boat in increments of 30-minutes.

Please indicate below if you would like a sailing duration to be either reduced or extended from the normal 90-minutes.
