On March 5, at noon (12:00 pm to 1:00 pm) at Washington D.C. time (make sure to check the time difference with your country!), we will have a virtual webinar conference via Zoom where we will host three former Special Rapporteur on Freedom of Expression for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights: Eduardo Bertoni, Catalina Botero, and Edison Lanza. Eduardo was Rapporteur between 2002 and 2006. He currently serves as Director for the Human Rights Center of American University Washington College of Law; Catalina was Rapporteur between 2008 and 2014. She is currently one of the Facebook Oversight Board's co-chairs; Edison was a Rapporteur between 2014 and 2020. He currently serves as Secretary of International Relations of the Government of the Department of Canelones in Uruguay. 3 former special rapporteurs came together to explain this year's topic.
