(LAMS) recognize their responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, or consolidate from early registrants/ enrollees . The personal data obtained from this form is entered and stored within a secured environment/ account and will only be accessed by authorized personnel. The Lord's Angels Montessori School, Inc. have instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the early registrants/ enrollee's personal data.

Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:
- verification of student's information for eligibility for Early Registration/ Enrollment - S.Y. 2021 - 2022.
