II. SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
Thank you for your willingness to share with your colleagues. Please understand that we need presenters to be flexible about days and times. The 2018 conference schedule will be structured a bit differently, with 3-hour workshops on Friday as well as 1 "bonus session" and 45-minute presentations on Saturday. We want to have as full and varied a program on Saturday morning and afternoon. Your flexibility makes putting together the schedule much easier. If you wish to do two 45-minute sessions back to back on Saturday, please indicate that below (in the "Other" line).

Please check all times that you are AVAILABLE to present:

IV. EQUIPMENT
Since the conference is being hosted at DMACC this year, each presentation room will include: a presenter station which includes a desktop PC computer (with Internet access), along with an overhead LCD projector and screen. The rooms are wired for sound, so you should not need speakers.

It may be possible to hook up your laptop to the system, but you are responsible for providing any necessary special dongles or adapters to connect your computer (Macs, especially).

Please contact the Program Chairperson (Kerisa Baedke, keekabaedke@gmail.com) if you have questions about the equipment available.
