Physically we may be apart, but philosophically we're a community!! Join us to complete (or race) a 5k and/or 10k. Whether you are a beginner runner or more experienced racer, we offer a 10 week training program for each level.

You may be training alone virtually, but you will be supported along the way with guidance from Dave Thomas (Head Cross Country/Track & Field Coach at Jefferson) -- and your fellow runners will be cheering you on! :)

Additionally, participants can choose to be part of Virtual Race Teams - complete with Individual and Team Awards!

Not into racing is fine also! You may be part of the Virtual races and the 10 week challenge as a Fun Runner and compete against yourself for individual improvement/reaching your goals.
