A Quarterly Meetup for Triangle Documentary Filmmakers


The next season of LOOK DIFFERENT kicks off with a special work-in-progress screening and conversation in collaboration with SUPER EMPTY. on September 25th at PS37 (600 Foster St.) in Durham. 

We are featuring two films that explore hip-hop, life, and legacy from different angles. ROWDY LIFE, directed by Naima Harrell, is a visual album looking at the art and impact of Triangle artist J. Rowdy. HUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE, from director Ricky Kelly, offers a glimpse into the current daily world of Mike G of the Jungle Brothers.
