Thank you for wanting to come golf at our WTEA Foundation's Charity Golf outing this July!!!
Wild Rock Golf Course @ Wilderness Resort, Wisconsin Dells (Thursday, July 31st, 2025)

Registration: Please use the below form to give us information so we can reach you and we can sign you up for the Golf Outing. As a foursome group - if you know your other team mates, please include any information you can - a team name or team affiliation will also help me identify teams. IF you do not yet know your other golfers, please put TBA for now - but they will not get email updates until you provide that information.

Payment: You will get a confirmation email after submitting this form, use the link in that email to make your payment. IF you lose that email, you can find the payment link here again. Please put similar information in the payment link to help us identify who paid and who registered.
