TEAM Academy Winter Learning Model Survey
Please complete one survey PER CHILD entering grades K-6 at TEAM Academy.
We are working hard to prepare for the return of our students and can’t wait to see everyone! We are planning to return to our Hybrid Model starting the week of January 18.
In this model:
* Mondays = Distance Learning Day
* Tuesday-Friday = In person
* All students do have the option to choose full time distance learning if that is what works best for your family.
