2018 Vendor Application
Why join the Big Sky BBQ Festival?
A benefit event for the Montana Food Bank Network began in 2009 by Big Sky Brewing. 2018 will mark the 5th consecutive year the event has been held at Caras Park. Every year has seen a growth of an estimated 20% increase in attendance. Last years estimated attendance was over 2,500 attendees. Attendees enjoy free admission, a plethora of BBQ food with other options, free live music performed by local musicians, ice cold Big Sky Brewing beer, and a summer evening underneath Montana’s Big Sky!

What will MFBN provide?
We will put your name and/or logo on everything we can to draw attendees! We will provide easy social materials to share along with print materials to display in your area. You will be included on but not limited to
Display Posters
Event Website
MFBN produced marketing ads
Social media
Reserved space for your signage at venue

What do I do?

Complete & return the Vendor Agreement
Email Menu Proposal to cgreen@mfbn.org.
Your application will not be processed until a proposed menu is submitted.

On or before July 1, 2018
Submit copy of liability insurance listing MFBN as additionally covered.
Submit TFS License approval from the Missoula County Health Department.
Vendors are responsible for meeting all Missoula County Health Department guidelines and for providing all equipment necessary to meet those requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: overhead coverage, ground coverage, hand washing station(s), & all food service equipment.
Prepare & provide enough food for each menu item to serve food for the length of the event.

ON JULY 20 –
Vendors are responsible for providing their own cash for the purposes of making change. Vendors are encouraged to bring banners, signs, menus and any other promotional items to place at your booth.
Submit your agreed upon amount of gross profits to MFBN within 10 days following the event.
