What do I do?
Complete & return the Vendor Agreement Email Menu Proposal to email@example.com. Your application will not be processed until a proposed menu is submitted.
On or before July 1, 2018Submit copy of liability insurance listing MFBN as additionally covered. Submit TFS License approval from the Missoula County Health Department. Vendors are responsible for meeting all Missoula County Health Department guidelines and for providing all equipment necessary to meet those requirements. This includes, but is not limited to: overhead coverage, ground coverage, hand washing station(s), & all food service equipment.Prepare & provide enough food for each menu item to serve food for the length of the event.
ON JULY 20 – Vendors are responsible for providing their own cash for the purposes of making change. Vendors are encouraged to bring banners, signs, menus and any other promotional items to place at your booth.Submit your agreed upon amount of gross profits to MFBN within 10 days following the event.
