2022 Sentient Festival Registration Form
Please fill out this form completely and then click on "Submit".  We will use the information provided to calculate your total and call you at the provided phone number for payment (or you can send in a check made out to "Empire Haven" if paid by Thursday, July 14th).  To qualify for Early Registration pricing, you must be paid in full by June 15th.  Pricing rate is determined by date of payment.

No camping or rental sites are reserved until paid for in full.  Empire Haven will reach out by phone (315-497-0135) within 5 days of receiving completed Registration Form to take payment.  If we are unable to reach you or payment is not made, site will be released to the next person in line.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations made by June 15th will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made from June 16th- July 15th will receive a 50% refund.  There will be no refunds for cancellations made after July 15th.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.*
