All students will receive a Game Show T-shirt.  We will pay a contribution towards this but each child is asked to contribute £10 towards the cost. Please state which size you would like below. *

A costume deposit of £15 per dance is required. Any balancing costs will be requested at a later date. 
1 dance £15, 2 dances £30 and so on.
