GUIDED TRAINING 2019
Welcome! This form is the Registration Form for GUIDED TRAINING in 2019. Please fill in this form to register for our Guided Training access as part of your FULL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP or your BARBELL MEMBERSHIP. You will receive access to our scheduled Guided Training sessions along with a template to work towards your goals. You will be able to use any number of your monthly allotment of classes for Guided Training sessions.

We are offering a $15 special for the remaining month of January to upgrade to FULL ACCESS. Regular pricing for FULL ACCESS is $35/month on top of your normal CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP, and will take effect starting February 1, 2019.
