Welcome! This is the Registration Form for GUIDED TRAINING with Foundation CrossFit. Please fill in this form to add Guided Training to your membership. You will receive access to our scheduled Guided Training sessions along with a strength template to work towards your goals. You will be able to use any number of your monthly allotment of classes for Guided Training sessions. Just like our regular CrossFit membership, unused classes do not roll over to the next calendar month.

Regular pricing for GUIDED TRAINING access is a $35/month upgrade to your CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIP, and will take effect starting the beginning of the month selected. Personalized Programs are available for an additional $50/month.
