BBA Block Party
If you would like to use the block party unit you are in the right place! This form should be filled out by the party responsible for the event.

Reservations are on a first-come, first serve basis. Reservations are for church sponsored ministry events only. It is not for use of individual church members, only for congregational sponsored events/activities. BBA supported partners are permitted to use the units at supply cost.

Picking up unit early or dropping off late will be permitted if there is no conflicting schedule issues. Sometimes the unit is booked 3 times a week. Call/text/email Brett Carver 3 days before event to schedule early pick up and late drop off. If someone books the unit last minute you may receive a call requesting unit to be brought back the night of your event.

What you need to know

The church must reserve the entire unit. The inflatable, and ONLY the inflatable, can be taken separately. All tie downs, caps, slide stakes/anchors, slide protectant, generator extension cords, tarp, repair kit, sledge hammer and blower must ALL be re-packed properly.

Check-out & Check-in Policy
1. Please complete the checklist before starting your event.
2. Please complete the checklist after finishing your event.
3. Pick up and return the unit at the scheduled time.
4. Broken or missing items should be reported on the Check-in form.

Please clean all equipment before using to insure that you will be serving safe and non-contaminated food.

All machines need to be cleaned before returning to the office.
Refer to the Block Party Manual (to the left when entering the back door) for proper instructions

NO modifications may be made to the trailer or inflatable.
INFLATABLE:
1. Needs several good, healthy men to move and set up.
2. Set-up on level ground with tarp under inflatable.
3. Be sure to use all tie down points on slide (not just corners).
4. Need someone 16 or over at the “entrance” and “exit” to slide for “crowd control”
5. Need someone 16 to manage bounce house. Capacity is located to the right of entrance.
6. Use “303 Protectant” to prevent burns on slide. You may want to have some old towels to use to put the protectant on the slide
7. Also, please sweep the grass out of the bottoms of the inflatables before folding it away.
8. MAKE SURE INFLATABLE IS DRY BEFORE REPACKING. If wet please make arrangements to set slide up inside the BBA garage area.
9. PLEASE NOTIFY BBA if there is a rip or tear.... Repair kit is on-board
