Request for an excused absence from a KSU Ensemble rehearsal/performance must be completed within 24 hours of the absence or tardy. Completing this form does not guarantee the approval of this absence by Dr. Tracz and Dr. Wimmer. Within 24 hours of your request, an "approved" or "denied" email will be sent to you by a member of the Band Staff.
