The owner of the vacant lot at the corner of 122nd and Sandy is leasing the lot to ProLogis, who will build a heavy freight warehouse with 39 truck bays for loading, unloading and storing freight. The trucks will drive on 122nd next to the high school, up Sandy, and along 121st Place by the high school athletic fields. Some neighbors are concerned about air pollution from the trucks, as well as traffic safety for students crossing 122nd to get to. Diesel trucks make the air quality worse. This hurts kids, and people with health issues like asthma or cancer. I'm surveying the community to see how you feel about this development. This survey should take about 5 - 10 minutes of your time.
