Community Unified Student Network (CUSN), pronounced "cousin", is a peer program dedicated, but not exclusive to the Asian-American / Pacific Islander (AA/PI) community at the University of California, Santa Cruz. For more information:

Kuya Ate Mentorship Program (KAMP) is a student initiated and student led retention program that targets, but not exclusive to, the Pilipinx community. For more information:

The purpose of this survey is to assess the needs of the student community here at UCSC. The data that is collected will help inform what type of programming that we host during this school year. At the end of the survey, if you're interested in participating in any of the programming, there is an option to leave your contact information. This survey will take between 10 minutes to complete.
