Charlotte Technical College Dual Enrollment Application for High School Students
To enroll at CTC as a high school student, you must have a minimum 2.0 GPA along with a good attendance and behavior record. Some programs require a higher GPA and other pre-requisites. Requirements for each program are specified below. If you do not see a program that we offer listed below, that means the program is full for the 2025-26 school year.

Students not currently enrolled in Charlotte County Public Schools must submit a transcript in addition to completing this application. Please email transcripts and/or questions about dual enrollment to Rindi Welton, secondary career specialist, at rindi.welton@yourcharlotteschools.net.

Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance will be emailed to personal and parent/guardian email addresses provided in the spring.

At CTC, dual-enrolled students are expected to follow the uniform, attendance, and behavior policies outlined in the CTC Student Handbook.

CTC programs are clock hour programs. Students are expected to be in class no less than 95% of the clock hours required to complete their selected program. High school testing is the only excused absence for dual-enrolled students. Make-up time may be required for loss of seat time, and inadequate seat time may result in dismissal from the program. I accept and agree to comply with the attendance requirements at CTC. *
CTC operates under the Charlotte County School Board and conforms to all School Board policies, including those established by the District Code of Student Conduct. I accept and agree to comply with CTC student behavior expectations while attending classes at CTC. *
