Westglen Parent Association - Membership Form

Please complete this form to become a member of the Westglen Parent Association (WPA). All parents of students attending Westglen Elementary School are encouraged to become members of the WPA. Parents includes: parents by birth or adoption, step-parents, legally appointed guardians, foster parents, and persons in parental relation to the student. Other interested persons may become members subject to approval by the Executive of the Association.

Membership in the WPA must be renewed annually, and there are no membership fees.

As a member of the Westglen Parent Association you are eligible to:
• Vote at any general (membership) meeting of the WPA
• Receive notice of all meetings and fundraising activities
• Serve on committees or chair fundraisers
• Stand for election to a position on the Executive

The Westglen Parent Association (WPA) is required to obtain this information under the Societies Act of Alberta. All information collected will be used in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
